ATO compatibility with apex

I have an apex system with an apex top off. Problem is every dang time there is a hard software update it literally breaks my pump some how. I have been through 3 so far after every update and tired of it. So I’m looking for a pump that is compatible with apex and with the rest of the setup of the ATK.

I would talk to apex and demand that they Come up with a solution. Assuming you’re using Neptune equipment throughout.

Trust me I have every time and they just say it’s not their problem and that I’m out of warranty.
