hi y’all, I’m fixing to build a diy ato reservoir and dosing containers. I was going to use the BRS Murdock fittings and acrylic tubing they suggest but the reviews say they leak…no bueno.
Looking for suggestions on products to use instead.
Something like the John guest maybe better?
IMG_0764.png Or even just a 1/2” uniseal grommet and run the tubing straight through without any quick connect/disconnect and acrylic rigid tube? I don’t think it needs to be 100 percent airtight.

Any suggestions would be tremendously helpful.
Thank you all very much.

I like the uniseal idea.

Fwiw those push fittings normally always leak as inexperienced users will cut the tubing ends with wire cutters or the like.

With the end of the tubing not perfectly round and partially crushed from the wrong cutting tool, the O-ring seal wont have enough friction pressure against it.

And sometimes the issue is multiplied when the o-rings are dry.

That being said, murlock and john guest are both quality PTC/QC fittings I've used many times.
