Anyone got a good rec on an ATO system for the Evo 13.5? getting alot of mixed reviews and would love to know what y'all's suggestions are!

I never used one for for mine (I fill manually once a day) but if I had, I would have bought a bottle that you just stick on the rim and that fills the tank by gravity.

They have it on Amazon.

I used the bottle until recently doing manual. My problem with the Evo is less the function of the ATO and more the variation in chamber levels depending on how much gunk gets in the floss in chamber 1. By the end of the day, the "steady-state" water levels in chambers 2 and 3 are lower than at the beginning, likelydue to increased flow resistance, so the ATO overfills and salinity drops a bit--over a few days water level in the tank rises and the salinity is lower...

For OP, if you don't have a problem with your chamber levels (aside from evaporation), the gravity bottle works just fine.

That said, I missed a day and a half of manual topup (covid) and now my urchin is on the way out :-( might be best to go with something even if imperfect.

You won’t have a problem if you put the bottle in the tank, not in the chambers.

I really don't mind topping off daily it's more for when I head out of town. The bottle seems like it could work for that purpose.

True. I'd have to cut out a square slot in my expensive kraken lid, though. Interesting option. Could try with lid off for a couple of days.
