Hi , I need help with pump size gph for my hydor smart level. I have a 125 gallon tank. I am afraid of buying to large of a pump to set the alarm off.

They’re are sensors that tell the pump to turn on and off. Any pump that can get water from the reservoir to the DT works

I would get the aqualifter pump. It’s only about $20

Aqua lifter will fail in pretty short order. Needs regular cleaning. If you run kalkwasser in ato, forget it.

Have been using a cheap aqua clear 20 for years, no issues. Adjustable flow rate and if need be you can restrict flow with valve or smaller hose

I use a little $15, 80gph powerhead off Ebay. Tried the Aqua Lifter first, rate was too slow to fit inside the 10 minute window.
