I have the Tunzie nano ato But it won't pump water I take it out of the tank to see if it will pump but it makes the noise but no water comes up

It may have an air bubble in the pump. With it still in the ATO reservoir, turn it upside down a couple times, then try it again.

Take the hose out of the pump. Then put pump back into the water. See if it’s pumping. If so reattach the hose. Mine does this from time to time.
