how far can your ato reservoir be from your tank? I'm starting a new build and would like to not have my ato pump in the living room creating noise. I have a tunze ato system, maybe 18" head height but maybe 10' length to the tank in the living room.

You can have it as far away as you want. As long as the pump is not 10’ lower than the tank since the pump maxes at 10’ head height
