Ato Mangrove

Hey Actually kind of New to Reefing and was wondering if there was a way or something that already existed to hook a small shower head or rainmaker like object to my 1/4 ATO tube and run it on top of my mangrove tree so I wouldn't have to spray it down with RODI water everyday.

Something could probably be rigged up, but you really dont need to spray them every day. I spray mine once every month or so

Salt builds up on the leaves over time.

Oh i didn't know you only had to spray them down every month I've been told every other day. Just thought it would be a great maintenance free way to keep a mangrove

It depends on the type of mangrove. Black or white mangroves yes you should be spraying them often, red mangroves don't excrete salt like the other two do, but you should spray them monthly or so to remove dust and debris.
