Ato question

Okay I have the sicce .5 as my ato pump. It has the 1/2 in tubing connector. Can I go from that to a smaller tube maybe 1/4 or even smaller? so water doesnt come flying out at a fast rate.

Also going to need to be able to clip it or something to the top edge of a 10 gallon tank. (Frag tank tired of filling it up by hand)

Ato is a hydor.

Yes you can do that. Would think it’d be better to use a valve. Because if water comes out too fast the sensor will shut off valve too late, and your top/highest/overflow sensor will get wet and set off alarm. Too slow and that sets off the alarm too
