Depending on tank size, Tunze olmolator, or if you are after something smaller, the smart micro ato or the Tunze osmolator nano, the smart micro would do the larger size tank too, but I would only use the Tunze nano for a nano tank.

I use the smart ATO micro and its great. The micro I guess identifies the size of the pump? its misleading, its a great system that is very capable on most tanks. I use it with Kalk and no issues.

I just got a smart ATO after much research. I have 160g total.
I would either go for the big Tunze osmolator or the smart micro, if noise is an issue, in my experience the Tunze pump is very loud, not a big issue as it is only on a few times a day but worth mentioning.

+1 for Tunze.
Put cleaning of the optical sensor and backup on your 6 month maintenance checklist and it will perform great. I have yet to hear of anyone having an Osmolator get stuck On which IMO is the worst failure mode of an ATO. Note that if you plan to run Kalk in your ATO the pump will need to be replaced every year and a half or so as the Kalk destroys them pretty quickly.

first choice by far: tunze osmolator 3155 most reliable and does the job well
runner up: neptune atk v2 includes FMM module can run standalone without apex go on site for more info. reliable too good pump and 3 layets on redundancy
3rd choice: xp aqua ultimate ATO or duet to ATO 4 sensors good and not as expensive and easy
