Which ATO do you use and why? -- I'm on a budget and need something relatively inexpensive, but completely reliable. It doesn't have to have all the bells and whistles, but should be able to refill my tank for at least 3-4 days.

Tunze is the best, jbj ok, but has let me down and the ato micro reliable also as is Apex ATK KIT

I can't afford APEX. Also I live overseas and the taxes / cost to ship it in would be at least 20% over the actual cost of the unit.

Hands are my go-to method right now, but I would like a couple days vacation every couple years ;) and sometimes travel for business so looking into reliable options.

I appreciate everyone wanting to get the most value for their money. Three money helpful thing though would be to categorically state your budget for your trouble. There is always a solution for a problem. The argument is always how much? People often state on here a Tunze 3155 is a great choice but it's a very reliable solution that's expensive @ $200. To me that's a very cheap solution that I don't have to figure out. Maybe 200 is a lot to you, and that's ok, we all have different means and that's ok too. But to more effectively help you, give us an idea of how's much you're willing to spend on solving this problem and to what level of risk. Cuz there's truly an answer. Autonation carries risk... Equipment fails, I've got pictures to show it. Every solution has a trade off and you can usually assign a $$valor to it.

It's not effective when people say expensive or inexpensive. That's a relative term and it means different things to literally everyone. Please explicitly state your budget for this issue.

IMO, the most reliable option will be the least inexpensive in the long run.

Budget is $50-$175 in an ideal world. Would spend up to $200 for peace of mind.

I can be convinced to buy anything provided it will be reliable and allow me to leave my house for a few days if necessary.

I have the Innovative Marine Hydrofill and it's worked great so far. I love the dual sensors and how easy It is to adjust. Here is the controller; IM ATO Controller and the pump; IM ATO Pump

I am using a Marine Magic ATO, it works well and it is cheap, you can have a look on below Amazon link.
