Im trying to decide whether to get the Tunze osmolator nano or Autoaqua Smart ATO Micro. The only thing that im not sure about is the tunze has a optical Water Level Sensor and the autoaqua has a float switch. The tunze seems to have a better magnet on it but from what i read a optical sensor is better than a foal switch or is the magnet being better make it werth having the tunze. Thank

The autoaqua also has an optical sensor. I just purchased the tunze osmilator 3155 as it was suggested on here. The selling point for me was the double safety feature. It has both an optical sensor and a backup float switch in case one could.

Ahh sorry iv put it the wrong way around, the tunze nano has a float switch and the autoaqua smart ato has a optical sensor.

I personally would pick the optical sensor over the float if the tunze 3155 isn't an option. Just make sure to keep the sensor clean.
