ATO via calcite?

I inherited a case of "remineralization" inline cartridges designed for ro/di drinking water purposes. It's 100% calcite inside. I'm looking for a use for them: Is there any value in dripping my ATO through it to raise my top off water's pH a bit?

lt will add a tiny bit of calcium and alk that way. Very tiny.
