ATO

I've had mine running for about almost three months and no issues yet. Simple and reliable so far. I clean the sensor probes about every other week or so. The sensors are sensitive to any turbulence in the sump so make certain you place them is a very calm area of your sump. Mine are impacted by the air stones that I use for NMB scrubbing so I have the Neptune turn off the ATO when the air pump is on.

Dont forget you need the pump also with this unit

I just use an Aqua Lifter from the in-house reservoir to the sump controlled by the Aqua Gadget with a mechanical float valve in the sump as a backup. The in-house reservoir is filled by a Quiet One 400 in my outdoors 35 gal container and controlled by a float switch in the internal reservoir and also backed up with a mechanical float valve in the in-house reservoir. That pump is controlled by my Neptune via a B/O box. Either pump or ATO will work fine.

I like the tunze 3155 hasnt failed me yet. It does however have an alarm thay is very loud and obnoxios

You can change the setting for the alarm. Its in the manual.
