Hello Everyone !!!

I wonder if anyone can help me.

I heard i should put my auto top off in the chamber where my return pump is but i don't see why.

I think 1st chamber would be best reason being if lets say my drain pipe gets blocked my pump would pump all the water in that chamber out to the display tank, the Auto top off will then switch on and keep filling it up with RODI water messing up the salinity and overflowing main display.

Can anyone help me understand or am I missing something.

Thank you !!!

ATO sensor should be in the return chamber.

Return chamber for sure. Reason being you have baffles that will maintain the water level in the sump except for where the return pump is. You could run your pump dry by not placing your ATO sensor in the pump compartment.

Thank you for your explanation
