How valuable is an ATO.

Depends on how much you like carrying water and adding it to the tank everyday without fail... I built mine with arduino nanos and honest i wouldn’t consider running a tank without an ATO.

Depends on how hard for you to refill water. If you have a big house and many water tanks, it will save your time.

Depends on your evaporation rate and how often you have to replenish water . If it is daily to every two days- may be a great tool.

I have a 300 gallon and a 140 gallon. No ATO on either. They both get topped off every other day. Zero issues.
