How would I go about plumbing a ATS using my overflow so I can avoid a flood if the scrubber was to clog?

I don't get it. If you have a scrubber, isn't it run in your fuge/sump? If you wanted to use your over flows, you'd have to plumb your ATS into the top of the overflows. But I don't see why you can't just plumb it into the fuge/sump. Lil confused here.

Sorry I'm not good at explaining lol. What I mean is I don't want to run it with a pump. I would like to use the water coming from the overflow to the sump.

AH, my bad totally. I get it. I was on the wrong Acronym. Sorry
Your ATS should be run off the overflow into the Fuge. Just branch a line off the overflow line toss in a vavle to control the flow. Not hard to do at all.
