get rid of them or keep them?

Mixed reviews! Some say they can eat zoas. A particular type of asternia. But I have tons and no issue. I would say leave em. But that's me.:-)

Zoanthids are not the only coral on this stars menu sometimes. I would remove them just to play it safe. GL.

Not to differ. It may be that I have a safe type. But I'm loaded with asternia. And every type of coral u can think of. The asternia eat coraline in my tank. No issues at all. If your concerned then maybe play it safe. But I like diversity. No issue no removal. :)

I have a few also, they seem to have dwindled down over time. They haven't bothered anything in my tank either.
