Attaching Dragons Breath

I have been using super glue to attach it but it keeps coming off. Any suggestions to keep it attached

Glue it and then use some type of mesh like bridal veil to rubberband over it until it attaches.

Try and dry the algae with some cloth before using super glue. This works for me well.
