Tons and tons of tiny snails have taken over my tank over the last few months. Initially I thought they were baby trochus snails but they don’t seem to get any larger than a few MM. No perceptible impact on coral but can’t be sure. Anyone know what these guys are?
Here they are scattered along the glass:

Totally safe, reef friendly, and can flip themselves over! Trochus are usually like $2-$3 at the store so it looks like your lucky day. They take a very long time to get bigger but they will eventually get a bit larger and start showing the red & white stripes
