Attacking ich and flukes together

I already have copper treatment going in my hospital tank but noticed flukes on another fish. Do I need to treat for flukes first or can I stay the course with copper power and then switch to PraziPro? Copper have some effect on the flukes in the meantime? should I be dosing both together?

For ich and flukes, start with a freshwater bath. If flukes are present, they will fall off and at bottom of bucket for FW dip, you will notice what looks like small sesame seeds.
It will also have effect on ich, then you can continue treatment.
With copper, dose at 80% of recommended and assure you have removed carbon.

Yes I’ve performed the fw dip of 5 mins to confirm. I wasn’t sure if I should stay the course with copper and then PraziPro or if I should treat with PraziPro if flukes confirmed.
