I made a forum not to long away when this torch and 2 scolys came in the mail, and the water in each bags were ICE cold. Now the scolys both looked super rough but they pulled through and even had there tentacles out for feeding last night. The Knicks however is still grey/white. If I look straight down onto it though, you can see all the gold/orange coloring. But I’m seeing stringy black substance leaving the middle area of the head, and as he hasn’t been fed in 48 hours I believe it could be something I fear. Let me know you opinions. Here are really crappy looking pictures taken off my phone

What are your tank parameters? What other corals are you currently keeping?

I would not worry about feeding him. Just let him acclimate for a week or so. Looks like his polyps are fine, just being reluctant.

Water params
Oh-8.2
Nitrate 5-10 (due to regular feeding)
Phosphate 0
Ammonia 0
Don’t have anything to measure calcium or magnesium as of rn
I have a hefty list,
Cotton candy torch
Dragon soul torch
Bi color branching hammet
Toxic splatter wall hammer
Frogspawn
About 10-20 different zoas
A forest fire anemone and rfa
Loads of softies
2 scolys
Couple of acans and shrooms
Everything is healthy and happy except for Knicks. It looks as if it had a slimy layer over the top of the Knicks but it’s not brown, it’s clear and looks like mucus. I see his sweepers pop out then retract like a couple millimeters every so often.

Definitely get some test kits for
Alk
Cal
Mag
Phos

Keep these as stable as possible and things should start to turn around.

Also double check you don't have any metal rusting anywhere.

I don’t think I do, I have 2 other torches that are happy as all can be! It’s just a biocube so I only thing that could is the pump and it’s in tip top shape

Check the other 2 torches flesh and see if they have also receded into the head or if there is any flesh there

Negative ghostrider, other 2 torches are EXTREMELY happy and eat regularly! Crazy colors!

Only thing I worry about are my branching hammers, due to their hyper sensitivity of literally everything I do.
