Also I think there's something to be said about your tank knowing your worried and made a thread on here! Lol. This morning I went down to look at the tank and the top half inch of this thing looks better than it ever has already! Lol. Maybe it's just me.

So yah as I said it's coming around. Did a flash light pic tonight and you can see the top is starting to lose the brown and get white with nice blue tips.

I do in fact. two small tyree colonies under reef breeders. Looks as good as it gets! Its tough to get pics out of that tank but ill see if i can get something worth showing

Thanks Adam. I try not to cut it much, I've never seen a really huge echinata in a tank before so it is kind of a pet coral. I just thin out the bottom branches as they get shaded and have a few pieces of it scattered around my system.

Yes, that's growing under a Cree XR-E array I built in 2010. 50/50 CW/RB, with a few NW and regular blues swapped in to tweak the color and get more out of red and purple acros.

Yeah I've never been much for posting photos of my system online, sorry! Maybe some day I will get to it...

Here's what I started with in Jan 2010, it has come a long way...it is actually a fair bit larger than the first photo, if you can imagine all those growth tips around the edges doing their thing.
