Is the golden torch harder to keep than most other torch? Everything in my tank is doing fine except for the gold torch. Have lost two already. Any thoughts would greatly appreciated.

Tank are full of
Yellow hammer
Toxic green hammer
Sps
Montipora
Mushroom
Lobo
Frogspawn
Ricordia Yuma

But the golden is given me problem

Mine was weird. It went down hill but took forever to actually die. I had tons of euphyllia in my tank. That one I had awesome extension. All of a sudden I couldn't get much out of it. It was partially extended for 2 months and then it died. All other 10 or so euphyllia were fully extended

Yes that's was it was when i first got the coral, full extension for two months and all the sudden the tentacles gotten thinner thinner and just died

It seems the more exotic the color the least hardy it is. The duller the color the more hardy.

I have a gold with three heads around 8 months now. It does seem more sensitive than my other euphyllia, a good canary letting me know if something is off. That said it seemed to be half pulled in a lot recently. Parameters we good, flow, lights, etc. Turns out late at night after lights out my female clown was sleeping on top of it. I put an egg crate guard over it which the fish moved. So I transferred it to another tank. Hopefully it recovers. If you have clowns maybe they are bugging it? Just thought I'd share since I would have never known if I didn't notice that late one night.
