Wondering why my Aussie torch is expelling a bunch of zooxanthellae. Quick notes to help diagnose with the folks here: no change in lighting, temp at 78, salinity 35, calcium 420, 8.5 dkh, mg 1300. Has been no sudden change to parameters.

I did add two new acans today that I dipped in coralrx. Did a double rinse in saltwater to hopefully remove most of coralrx. The torch was great all day after I added my acans, but I noticed the expelling a little after I slammed the drawer below the tank that caused the torch to close up rapidly. It was oozing out within the next 30 mins of that. I’ve been feeding it a lot tbh, and I thought it’d be poop, but I checked under the microscope and it looks like there is a bunch of zooxanthellae in there along with poop. Normal? Did I scare the sh** out of it (literally)?

And it was just pooping. No signs of bleaching today and open and happy as before.
