Thank you so much for your insight punchanello, it’s apprecaited. There are two species I yet desire, copperband of course and the pyramid. I have found over the last 4/5 months how picky and hard some butterflies really are to keep and get eating , especially flakes and pellets. For example my teardrop will eat black worms, white worms , pellets and flake food. It will not eat any frozen at all. My Kline’s eats just about anything I throw in the tank. My saddleback eats only frozen, no worms or anything else. Raccoon and DotDash eat frozen and worms. No flakes nor pellets.
My goal with a future CBB is to p,ace it in qt right away with rock, no bare bottom. If I can get it thru that then it would go in a 55 refugium tank full of rock and aptasia and bugs. Very aged rock.
Any more Imput would be most welcomed.
Hey Rev., how did your butterfly work out?
Thanks, Jim
