Australian live rock sponge?

Is this anything to be worried about? It’s rougher kinda like a sponge. Thank you.

Could we get underwater pictures? Invertebrates tend to loose a lot of their form out if water.
Might be a sponge, bryozoan, or possibly something else.

Looks like bryozoan and should be ok as long as pest free

Doesn't look like any sponge I've seen; my guess is bryozoans, which comprise a very diverse phylum of animals. As @vetteguy53081 mentioned, these are harmless and are filter-feeders.
