Auto and manual water change with DOS?

can you configure the DOS to do both fuctions? I am thinking that it would be nice to have a base line of 2 percent a day being removed, but if something goes wrong I can press a button and know a larger change will happen though the day? Can I just run through both tasks, or does this require special programming?

It's not easy, but it can be done. If you're only going to do an occasional manual change, it's easier to just re-run the Task to reprogram the DOS. But if it's something you intend to do often, it can be completed automated. I posted detailed instructions here:

Just finished setting up my DOS for AWC. Only thing remaining I can't seem to find an answer on. Is it possible to have both an AWC configured AND the Feed Timer D set up for manual? I'd like to have the system normally turned on for small AWC daily, but have the ability to press the feed button...
