Hello,
I am currently running an SPS dominant tank and I have been using Seachem reef fusion alkalinity buffer on a BRS autodoser - dosing 10 individual times per day. (reef fusion calcium is being dosed manually several times per week). The feed for the autodoser is from a 2 liter bottle reservoir that I fill with a measured amount of the seachem alkalinity buffer and then fill the rest of the way with RO water and then stir. The auto doser tubing sucks off of the bottom of this bottle for about a week until it needs to be re-filled. My question is does this buffer settle the same way kalk does at the bottom of the container? I've been noticing swings in my alkalinity the more ive been testing throughout the week.
