I was thinking about how my fish will be taken care of when I am on vacation. Nothing coming up, but trying to plan ahead. Ideally, I’ll have someone to help me out, but that’s not a guarantee. The auto feeders I have seen all seem to clip on the side of the tank. My tank is a FOWLR (for now) that has a full glass hood (some of my fish are jumpers) so that doesn’t seem to be an option. Any suggestions? Thanks!

That's a tough one...
All the auto feeders I've seen stick out above the tank.
The only thing I can think of is to modify the hood, but would take it to a glass place rather than risk a DIY attempt.

If the covers are separate pieces I would get a piece in Plexi to replace 1 section used for vacations only.
Place the feeder on that section by drilling an opening with a funnel under the feeder.

This is what I did for someone else's tank. We created a separate 'half' of their top that could be put on when the autofeeder was in place.
