Auto feeder

If you are referring to the Auto Feeders like the Neptune one, then no. If you search youtube you will find quite a few videos of people who made DIY auto feeders for frozen food. I have also heard (but never done it myself) of people using dosing pumps and liquid foods, like mysis-feast, to feed their tanks. One person just used an icepack in a Styrofoam cooler to keep the food cold, and replaced the icepack every couple of days.

Im going to be gone for a day and its a petco one

Gone for a day (( or even 3 )), I wouldn't worry about feeding them.

If you really do want to feed them, get them to eat dry foods, be it pellets and/or flakes.
