who uses them? are they worth it? what kind do you use and whats your experience with them? are they use mostly for bigger tanks? was thinking about getting one for my 75g....

I have an eheim feeder on my IM40. I like that I can leave and not have to worry about anyone starving. It's also limited my feeding obligation to supplemental frozen food. It's pretty tricky to figure out how to set it up on your own. There's a helpful video on YouTube that'll walk you through it though. I do have 2 complaints about it though.

• The way it's set up makes it difficult to mount onto my IM40. If I want to keep the lid on (I do), I have to either pour the food into the sump and hope it pumps into the display area or I have to figure out how to Jerry-rig it to pour in between the gap on my lid.
• I also haven't been able to figure out the best way to gauge how much to feed. TBH I usually don't really see it when it goes off so I'm not sure how much gets dumped and how much of that actually ends up getting eaten.
