Auto setting quit

So three of the outlets on an EB832 have stopped functioning under Auto mode. Each one needed to be set to "ON" for the device to keep running. This happened over the course of a couple of weeks, one at a time. I have not done any programming or made any changes for months leading up to this.
Any idea what might have happened and how to reset it back to the way it was?

As already said, post the code. The typical behavior is if auto doesn’t work, on doesn’t either and it’s a bad outlet or power supply. If auto didn’t work but on does, it’s gotta be a condition of the code.
 
I have an optical sensor attached with an FMM to turn the pump off if the water level runs low.
