Auto top off problem could use some help

I have a neptune ATK its been running great until today.

I saw lots of air bubbles in my tank and realized the sump was low. The atk is coming on and off and the pump is making noise but no water moving through.

I took off the line to make sure its not clogged and it pushed just a tiny amount of water.

The impellers are hard to see there are some screws on the bottom should I take it apart?

Really need that thing running

Sounds like the pump....and I've heard of others having a similar problem....pumps aren't the best with their ATO....and that's surprising..

Yes, remove the screws so you can remove the impeller. They're very easy to disassemble and reassemble.

I dont know it spins it does not seem like its smooth and its not pumping.

The impeller spins but its not pumping at all
