Hi,I have a one question.
I don't know that ro reservoir must fill manually or I can use from float valve for it?
I hear that don't should ro system directly connected to sump.
Please if possible help me because I am very amateur.
Thanks.

So you shouldn't put your RODI line directly from your filter into your sump and have it on a float switch, this could cause problems. But you can have your RODI line from your filter ran directly to your Top off reservoir then have a small pump in it to pump water over to your tank to maintain a specific water level.

Thanks stikhedron for help.
I exactly not understand my top off reservoir should fill manually or with float valve ?

I have a aqua hub kit and want install it on the sump,I diy ro reservoir but don't know how must me fill my reservoir.

If you are very inexperienced I would fill it manually. Once you learn a bit more and want to start experimenting with float switches, controller and all that, I would then fill it automatically.

I got a $3 float switch from eBay and spliced it into a $2 extension cord from home Depot. Plug one end into the wall, a Tom's aqua lifter into the other and just keep a 5 gallon bucket of ro next to the tank. Single switch only but it's been reliable for the last 3 years.

Can I using from bubble magus float valve for fill my reservoir?
