Auto water changes throwing off my chemistry?

So, I’m thinking of doing auto water changes with my DOS , My calcium reactor controls all my parameters.

I’m wondering if my tank is stable at 9 dkh, will my AWC throw that number off? If my salt mixes to 9dkh as well?

If your salt mixes to the same parameters it will not throw off your chemistry
