AutoAqua Duetto ATO Troubles

I've had the Duetto ATO running on my Waterbox 20 Cube since early January 2021 and came home after a 4th of July weekend getaway to a very low water level and no ATO action. The indicator light is solid blue, even after several re-boot attempts, but no dice. The sensor has been thoroughly cleaned and everything seems to be in order, just no water being added to the return section. I will call customer support later this morning, but anyone have any experience with this? Is the pump bad (already?!?!), or is there something else I can try? Thanks in advance!

Is the unit trying to pump but no water is coming out? I’ve had that happen with these units if the reservoir has run dry. Air got into the line and needed to be cleared.
