I got this brand new and can’t seem to get it working for me.

I want to hook it up with the Tunze ATO so that if the ato fails and keep pump water and this sensor will shut off the ato.

so I plugged ato to the sensor outlet then plugged them into a power strip. I then placed the sensor above the water level, but when I raise the water level, it doesn’t shut off.

then I played around with it, it shuts off after a few tries either submerged or above the water.

can’t be that difficult but if someone point out what I need to do be great. Thanks

Is mine might be a defected unit as I don’t see the blue light once I plugged in and the sensor is above the water level?

note: the picture with the blue light is from the Coralvue site. Mine shown in the second picture is either slow or quick blinking white light.

Hi~ This is AUTOAQUA.
Thank you for choosing our product.

For our product, there is 2 min Detection Delay for it. (It is under detection process)
Therefore, it will flash blue light during 2 min and it will be in solid blue light after 2 min.

Hope this can help you~ :)
