On my current build I want to set up an auto water changer. Goal is to change 1-3 gallons at a time. It is a basement sump and I will drill an overflow in the sumo and drain it down to my floor drain. Looking for a pump recommendation to pump from my saltwater bin to the refugium. Will be less than 10 feet and no lift needed.

Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!!!

litermeter iii will work without a controller, you will need to buy a add on pump as well. I use a stenner pump with a RKE.

For daily changes especially 1-3 gallons, the dos is your best bet. Now are you trying to do it daily? Also if you dont have a controller, your going to need some timers. In the past, i had 2 separate small returns, twice a week my apex would shut my tank return off and empty my sump, then pump water back into the tank

I plan on about a gallon a day maybe less. I went with the Neptune DOS just got it yesterday.

Yep, LiterMeter 3. Best of the best and will last you for years...
