I am having difficulty connecting my automatic calcium reactor. I think I have one of the connections at the top of the reactor wrong the instructions aren't very clear. Does anybody have a picture or can anybody reach out to me and tell me if I have this connected wrong I filled up my ACT reactor then turned on my pumps but can't get water to flow out of my reactor. Any help would be appreciated Jo 805-610-6278

No one has one on this site? I'm having difficulty with connecting the hoses

It is my understanding that they haven’t shipped yet or just a handful of them have. I have been looking for info on them as well.

Either call Bill directly or post a picture of what you’re trying to do ..... There are also a couple of threads here on the ACR. Try reaching out to those folks.

I don’t think you can connect anything wrong. Everything is color coded on the reactor. What settings do you have the controller set to? The only way I could think you wouldn’t have water is if your controller wasn’t on or the reactor wasn’t full of water. I’ll post a picture of mine setup tomorrow if that helps. Just an FYI it’s one of the best pieces of equipment I’ve ever bought.
