Automatic Water Change

So I would like to setup automatic water change. The room I will be setting up my tank and mixing tanks has no water. I assume I am going to have to have a plumber run line and drain to that room to start with? Then any suggestions?

Is that the only room available for the tank. Having a water source nearby makes things so much easier. My tank is next to a bathroom and I can pour waste water down the toilet and wash out test supplies in the sink.
