Availability of IceCap 3k Propellers A&B?

Wondering if anyone here has any information on where I can find replacement Propellers for my IceCap Gyre 3k? Mine have bored themselves out, so they can not longer be driven reliably, by the DC motor.

I reached out to the Coralview.com for information. I appreciated the brief reply, which was as follows.

"Unfortunately we have no propellers in stock at the moment, please check back with us next week as we should have gotten some in."

As far as I can tell, these haven't been in stock for quite awhile and there have not been any updates or specific information on the website, since the reply to my initial inquiry. Perhaps this has to do with the phasing out of support for the older pumps, with the release of the new one's or supply chain issues? it would have been nice to have received more specific information.

Let me know if any of you are aware of another source, where these are still in stock? I'd hate to end up with an expensive paperweight, after only 1.5 years of (not so reliable) operation.

I have not received an update since my initial request and the website still shows that the parts are out of stock.

Update... waiting for parts for the IceCap Gyre 3k got old (basically seems they ditched any support for the older model and don't want to admit it, someone from Red Sea / Coral Vue, please do correct me if I am wrong) and still having issue with the half that kind of works.

Went ahead and switched over to a Red Sea Gyre, on the frag system. I am so much happier with the build quality and ease of cleaning, so far. Thinking about adding two more, to the main display.

I like some of the products Coral Vue is coming out with, but this experience causes me to seriously question any future hardware purchases, when it comes to ongoing support.
