I recently placed my second order from Avast, getting together enough moxie to attempt to build my own "big boy tank" skimmer. I ordered a CS3 recirculating skimmer, a pair of Sicce PSK1000 pumps, a super skimmate locker and a swabbie kit for the CS3. My order shipped on Monday, I got my box on Wednesday. Unfortunately, when I looked through the contents of the box, I found that a few pieces were missing due to a "box integrity altercation" performed by FedEx. I emailed Dan and he responded right away, getting the parts that I was missing shipped to me right away. Needless to say that Im very impressed with the way these guys handle their customers. I only wish I could do more for them, but I already own everything they sell for my tanks! 100% recommended.
