Avast or Bubble Magus

Yeah I was iffy about ordering that pump from eBay, but I talked to the seller and they reassured me that it was authentic and if I didn't like it or something was off with the pump I could send it back for a refund. I own 8 Versas I bought them back when they were $165.00 great pumps but for my calcium reactor I wanted a dedicated standalone continuous duty pump, plus all of my Versas are used for other things.
That is good to know. Maybe I will pick one up for the Calcium Reactor? Current only dosing Kalkwasser since Alkalinity consumption is still manageable and it helps keeping pH higher.
I am assuming you had no issue connecting the ebay Kamoer to the App via Wifi?

No issue at all, long ago I switched over to a mesh network router at home so both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz are separate from each other.

Thank you!
I also have Mesh (from Plume). Unfortunately the 2.4ghz and 5ghz aren't separated so I typically have to run an extension cord far away from the house when I need to set up any wifi stuffs with 2.4ghz requirement

Think that's what I was going to order the diy kit, I saw they also have the glue I can order with it, on the video I noticed they use the PVC glue though
I finished assembling the K1 in about 30 minutes. The Kit comes with the Epoxy for the Acrylic which probably works for the PVC fittings as well. But I used PVC glue for the fittings since I already have some. You will need Hotglue or silicone for the top of the motor housing.
One tip is to make sure you are able to push the white elbow all the way since the rod is very closed to touching it.
Overall, the assembly was very straightforward.

Very good to know , wondering if silicone would be better to seal the motor area on far as waterproofing than hot glue, well done I. Assembling looking good

I used silicone since I already have some. I think Hotglue might be easier to remove later on. Plus the top of the motor housing probably not gonna see a lot if any water.
