What kind of fish and coral food do you add to the feeder?

i love this thing, I add a variety of stuff and shake it all together... currently i have TDO, Reef chili, BRS freeze dried mysis, BRS Freeze dried calanus, reef roid and benepets all mixed in, feeds my whole tank.

Thats awesome. Im still waiting on mine to ship. Was going to place an order for food so just wanted to see what people put in them. Thanks for the reply.
