How do I size a picture to fit in my avatar?

I have several existing pics I would like to use, but none are the right size.

HELP....LOL

You need to use photo editing software to get it too size.

I'm at work at a hospital now...if I come across any good looking, extra kidneys with low mileage I can fedex it ASAP. And of course, you pay shipping.
