Average pH in your sysrems?

I have my pH locked in day/night between 8.28 - 8.32.

With a Co2 scrubber... my media last between 14- 18 days. PH probe calibrated every 6 months

My low is generally 8.2-8.25/ High 8.5 - 8.55 daily. Love the amazing growth...chase PH!

8-8.25 daily. I do have my ATO line split between half directly in the return and other half goes through a kalk reactor then into the 1st chamber in my sump. Without the split with all the dry air evap my CA was pushing 500 and my ALK monthly swing was +/- .5. Now I get less than 20 CA swing and .1 ALK

Sure I could add more equipment to bump it up, but for me the cost and time addition isn't worth it. I have good stable numbers and I'm happy with my growth.

I do think a kalk stirrer would do me good. My daily pH mirrors what you're seeing and I think I could eke out at least another 0.1 with some kalk. I will have to dial back my ATI Essentials dosing when I start adding kalk.

My average pH was running 8.09 for quite a while. This past week+ I've left a window open in my tank area. My rolling weekly average has increased to nearly 8.2 in that period of time. Fresh air does wonders.

Now I have to figure out how to plumb outside air to my skimmer so I can close the windows when the outside temperature gets too extreme.
