Thanks everyone for all the tank props!! I really appreciate it! I've been lurking for quite a while, getting a good dose of ideas and eye candy from R2R.
The RBTA has been a favorite 'guilty pleasure' in this sps tank. The clones that have split off have wondered a little, but I've had good luck keeping the mother nem happy in that spot.
I guess hitting the surface from growth is a good problem to have

. if/when do another tank I'll change up the aquascape to allow for more growth for the stags.

Lighting:
3x250w MH in LumenMax Elite reflectors. Used 12-14K bulbs for 2.5yrs, switched to 20K Radiums the last 6months.
Fixtures are about 9-10" above waterline. Photoperiod 7hrs (6.5hrs for each fixture, staggered 15min apart). I supplement with a couple of actinic T5s and 4 strips of actinic blue LEDs, on for 12hrs. Recently added a Kessil A150 15K led fixture to left of large stag to help with shading from growth.
Flow:
2 Vortech MP40s (have experimented with different modes. currently using long pulse, 5sec interval)
1" SeaSwirl on center return w/ dart return pump
1/2" SeaSwirl on over-the-back CL w/ eheim 1282 pump
Heating/Cooling:
2 350w Won Brothers titanium heaters.
no chiller, but have small ac unit in equipment room during hot summer months.
2 small fans in canopy. 1 fan directly over sump.
No dosing or additional supplements, do weekly 10% WC's.
Feed 2x/day with combo of frozen foods, and 1/4 sheet of various nori once a day.
