AWC DoS problem

Can anyone help with my Apex DOS? The head stopped rotated counterclockwise to remove the water. I have tried recalibrating the pump and I have checked the settings, it is still set to remove. I have unplugged and replugged it back in, went through the tasks again, and still both heads are turning clockwise.

Go into your schedule for your dos. Look at your "add" and "remove" heads schedule. Click modify interval. At this point, make sure they both say "add" in the action column

I cant change the remove head to add. Nothing would change, I need the head to rotate the other way.

redo program for your water change through the wizard. Once done, go back and see if you can make them both add
