Hello,

I have just set up my DOS for Manual Waterchange, i have calibrated my DOS and that went ok, I went through the tasks function for manual water change and enter all the info it wanted, set it to Feed D cycle. Then it says, if you would like to do this water change now, hit Feed, so I did; and nothing happens. So I went to my dashboard and hit feed D myself and still nothing happens. My DOS is set to ON for the power, and. DOS_ADD and DOS_REMOVE are set to Auto and it says TBL above the “on”

Please help.

And make sure the tubes are placed correctelly.

Yes, maybe i am a bit confused.

I setup both AWC and Manual waterchange in the Tasks. Am I not able to do that?

I wanted to do a bigger water change today, and then start on a daily smaller water change. So I setup both in tasks.

I click on Feed D and nothing happens.

But about 2 mins ago it started working for about 2 mins, took out 239 mls out and added 239 mins and stopped. I assume it is working off the Daily water change schedule that i did in tasks. I am starting to get confused.

All I want to do is:
1 8 gallon Change today
Then 2 gallons everyday.

Will you screenshot your Dos settings? For both heads.
Mine look like this:

I will, but it doesn’t look right to me, it is showing the 8gallon change manual and not the 2 gallon change I want to do daily.

You cannot have it do both. You have to re program the DOS for the 2 gallon daily water changes.

So I can’t have a “large water change” Feed cycle Always on Standby? I have to have 1 or the other?
Pretty sure no.
You wont need the large water change if you are doing 2 gallons a day.
Worst case senario, you can just go into the programming and change the values if you need to do a large volume.

Yep, you cannot have both AWC and the manual ability at the same time. Re-do your AWC profile and get rid of the manual addition virtual outlets.

Ok will do that. So really if I want to do a larger change. Just edit the values in the add and remove and then change it back when done

i asked neptune and as others have said, you cant have both AWC and a manual feed mode change setup. i use the AWC and if i want to do a large one time event i just change the AWC schedule for a day to a larger number then change back
