Wanting to setup AWC (auto water changes) on my tank. My main hurdle/issue is, that I have a completely finished house/basement. I believe I have found a path but had some questions in regards to running the 1/4" tubing.

My first issue is I have a spot I am pretty sure I am NOT able to get under some HAVC supply ducts....one to living room and one to bedroom due to some blocking that is installed under the duct for support. Am I asking for issues (leak/melt) running the tubing over the top of it? I am unsure of how warm the supply duct really get?

Second question would be, I am running three 1/4" lines to tank, (RODI, SW, Waste). Does a person bundle them together say every 4-5ft with some electrical tape just for the ease of install? I don't believe they would rub or move, and temperature difference would be that drastic to cause expansion of tubing? But I'm not sure.

Lastly is there a preferred or suggested way to pass the lines through the floor? They will be three solid lines, no connections so my plan was a 1/2 hole in floor to pass all three through together.

Totally not the way Id do it, but when we finished the rooms off, I had no plans of any fish tanks........7 years ago. Now kicking myself.

I ran multiple line myself and bundled them with electrical tape and in the same hole...0 issues
1/4 --> SW-In, SW-Out, ATO, Kalk Reactor, Spare.
2 x 3/4" for chiller.
Electrical cable for generator hookup
2 x 18/2 (one spare) cable to battery backup
USB cable for APEX
Approx distance is about 25FT

I ran all 3 of mine separately and didn't have any issues. As for the ductwork I had no option but to run mine inside of a hvac duct, so I suspect it touching your duct won't be an issue in regards to temp.

I always wondered if that was an option but wasn't brave enough to try. My HVAC guy said temps inside were around the 100-120 range which Id think were ok. He just wasnt sure with RODI water lines and the risk

I was honestly a little worried at first but I've been using it like that for 2 years without any issues. So I've been through both running the furnace and the ac in the house.
I have a support bean running through the middle of the house and the wood above had a circle cutout just big enough for the duct to fit through, so it was my only option unfortunately.
